Favorite Restaurants by City/State

I am going to add my favorite places to eat for every place I visit.  At least I will try to keep up so if I miss your City let me know.  This will be an ongoing list so check back often.  By the way, Whole Foods is the best everywhere, but Austin has the ultimate Whole Foods store.  I love it!
